Products
Every Suncatcher Ambience piece is individually handmade in New Zealand.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, bead placement, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered faults.
Product images are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings and lighting conditions.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment
Payment is required in full before your order is prepared for dispatch.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Shipping New Zealand
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery time:
1-3 business days via CourierPost / NZ Post.
Rural addresses must be selected at checkout if your address is rural to avoid shipping delays, rural shipping may require additional delivery time.
International Shipping
International orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery:
7-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in their country.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
If a product is confirmed to have arrived damaged or faulty, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
As our products are handmade, minor variations between pieces are not considered faults.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Product Care
Our suncatchers are intended for decorative indoor use.
To help preserve their appearance:
- Handle with care.
- Keep out of reach of young children and pets.
- Avoid dropping or striking glass components.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suncatcher Ambience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for processing and fulfilling your order.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to complete your purchase or where required by law.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Suncatcher Ambience and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
